Launch of a New Online Program to Help Those Caring for People with a Mental Illness

By:
On Track

On Track Families and friends is the latest free online program to be launched by a team of researchers led by Professor David Kavanagh at QUT. The ON Track website provides psychological treatment and support programs for a range of problems. OnTrack Families and Friends high lights the importance of self care, as well as looking at ways to support the person with mental illness. The program helps carers to work through problems they may be facing, gives practical suggestions of things they can try and guides them towards setting goals for the future. The ON Track website is funded by Qld Health and gives people free access to assistance, no matter where they live.
