Position: Regional Service Manager.
Location: Rockhampton and Mackay Regional Council boundaries. As more than 80% of services are provided within the Rockhampton region, the position will be located in Rockhampton or the Capricorn Coast.
Remuneration: The package has a cash equivalent value of approximately $90,000 excluding superannuation.
Duties: Leadership, operational management and growth of the service delivery division of Keppel Community Care.
Requirements: The successful applicant will have significant experience in managing human services including financial management skills, excellent communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, an understanding of quality standards and quality management in the human services field, and the ability to implement organisational strategies.
About KCC: Keppel Community Care provides practical support to aged people, people with disabilities and people with mental illness. It is a values based organisation.
