Mary Nettle is a Consumer Consultant and the Chair of the European Network of (ex-) Users and Survivors of Psychiatry.
Mary O’Hagan is the Co Founder of the World Network of Users and Survivors of Psychiatry (WNUSP) and a NZ Mental Health Commissioner.
Gábor Gombos is a psychiatric survivor human rights activist from Hungary. He has been active in the campaign against the use of “caged beds” in Eastern Europe.
Volume 2
Iris Hölling was a Co-Founder Runaway House Berlin, and is Co Chair of the WNUSP.
Runaway House is a service for people who have escaped psychiatric hospital.
Peter Lehmann was a Co-Founder Runaway House Berlin and founder and editor of Peter Lehmann Publishing (Berlin).
Janet Meagher AM, is an Australian author, manager, activist, trainer and lecturer who has worked for over 20 years to improve and effect change in mental health.
David Oaks is the Director of MindFreedom International and has been a psychiatric survivor human rights activist since 1976.
David Webb completed the world's first PhD on suicide by someone who has attempted suicide and is focussed on consumer led research.
Chris Hansen is a Consumer Activist and Trainer. Her focus is human rights and the development of peer support and crisis alternatives internationally.
Elena Chavez is member of the WNUSP and the founder of ALAMO, a support group in Perú.
Wouter Van de Graaf is a mental health activist based in the Netherlands and runs an independent commercial agency that specialises in consumer led research.
Volume 3
Tina Minkowitz is one of the Chairpersons of the WNUSP and a Lawyer. She was extensively involved with the drafting and negotiation of UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Also included in VISIONS is a short documentary, ‘Mad Pride UK’ which tracks the journey of mad pride supporters pushing a bed from Bradford to Manchester, under the slogan “Psychiatry is off its Trolley”.
